What Is A Doula?
A doula is a professional trained birth worker who provides physical and emotional support to you and your partner during pregnancy, childbirth and the postpartum period. The purpose of a doula is to help the birthing person have an empowering and memorable birth experience. Studies have shown that doula support has decreased the cesarean rate, less labor time, and reduced the need for medical interventions.

Family Testimonial
I was on the verge of giving up breastfeeding and moving to formula which I didn't want to do. I was in communication with Melanie after she reached out to me. SHE WAS AMAZING. I messaged her for advice and she gave me so much, and so much support. She honestly gave me the courage to try again with her advices and it worked !!!! My baby has been feeding from my boob for the last couple days AND SHE GAINED WEIGHT! She's past her birth weight and I just wanted to say thank you so so much for everything!!! 10/10 would definitely recommend.
